Join us for a rejuvenating yoga and wellness retreat on September 28-29th at Clear Lake in Crandon, Wisconsin. The retreat will take place in a lakeside house and is aimed at helping you unwind and recharge with yoga sessions, meditation, and nature immersion. Suitable for all yogis. Whether you are a seasoned practitioner or a complete beginner, our experienced instructor will guide you through each session with care and attention.

 

In addition to the yoga and meditation classes, there will be opportunities for hiking, kayaking, and other outdoor activities to immerse yourself in the natural beauty of Clear Lake.

Evenings will be a time for community and connection, with group dinners and fireside chats under the starlit sky. We will have nourishing, delicious meals, ensuring that everyone feels well-fed and energized. All meals are included.

My name is Judy Brauner

As a dedicated yoga instructor with a passion for holistic health and wellness, I bring a unique blend of expertise from my background in physical education and health teaching. With over 26 years of experience in guiding students towards greater well-being, I hold a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) certification with a certification in Yin Yoga.

 

My journey began in the realm of physical education, where I cultivated a deep understanding of anatomy, movement, and the importance of fostering a healthy lifestyle. Transitioning into health teaching allowed me to explore the interconnectedness of physical and mental well-being, inspiring me to delve deeper into the transformative practice of yoga.

 

In my classes, I emphasize mindfulness, alignment, and the therapeutic benefits of yoga, tailored to meet the needs of every student. Whether you're a seasoned practitioner or new to yoga, my goal is to create a supportive environment where you can explore, grow, and find harmony within yourself.

 

Beyond the mat, I am committed to promoting wellness in all aspects of life, believing that yoga extends far beyond the studio. Join me on this journey of self-discovery and empowerment through the ancient wisdom of yoga.
